Ingredients
  

  • Plastic bins
  • Blue rice
  • Blue puff balls
  • Under the sea toys
  • Cups and scoops

Instructions
 

  • Color your rice blue following the steps for how to dye rice. You want to have 5 cups of blue rice for a sensory bin. 
  • Place the colored rice in the plastic bin.
  • Add in seashells, ocean characters 
  • Top the rice with the toys and the puff balls. Let your child us there imagination go wild and let them play with the bin.
