Ingredients

24 cupcakes
2 cups frosting
24 fudge striped cookies
24 Hershey’s kisses
Food Coloring optional

Instructions

Bake the cupcakes, color the cake batter while making it if you are going to color the cupcakes and allow them to cool completely.
If you are making homemade frosting make that while you are letting the cupcakes cool and color it green if desired.
Pipe a thick circle starting in the center of the cupcake.
Place a cookie upside down on the cupcake.
Add frosting to the bottom of the Hershey’s Kiss candy and attach it to the cookie.
