How to Make a Snow Volcano

Have fun in the snow making a snow volcano! Just a few ingredients that you probably have on hand already is all that is needed to make a volcano in the snow.

Ingredients
  

  • snow
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • food coloring
  • 1/4 cup liquid dish soap
  • 1/8-1/4 cup baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Build a pile of snow and make sure it is packed down well.
  • Form a small hole at the top of the hole.
  • Pour in the liquid dish soap.
  • Then pour the baking soda in the hole.
  • Pour the vinegar into the hole and watch the volcano erupt.
