Thanksgiving Turkey Toilet Paper Roll Craft
If you are looking for cute turkey crafts then you are going to love this Thanksgiving turkey toilet paper roll craft. Made with construction paper, paint and an empty toilet paper roll. The kids will love making these cute turkeys and then you can use them as table decorations for Thanksgiving dinner. We have also included a turkey craft template to make this adorable turkey craft super easy for everyone while being fun.
Ingredients
- Cardboard toilet Paper Roll
- Construction Paper in Red Yellow, Brown, Orange, White, and Black
- Brown Paint
- 2 Googly Eyes
- Candy to stuff inside.
- Paintbrush
- Scissors
- Glue
Instructions
- Paint the toilet paper cardboard roll with brown paint. Allow the paint to dry completely.
- Print out the turkey toilet paper roll craft template and cut out the parts from each color piece of paper.
Cut out the pieces from the template as follows:
- Turkey's Beak: Yellow construction paper
- Turkey's Feathers: Red construction paper, Yellow construction paper, Orange construction paper, and Brown construction paper.
- Turkey's Waddle: Red construction paper
- Turkey's Eyes. Draw on the eyes or use googly eyes.
- Glue the turkey’s beak and waddle onto the front of the painted toilet paper roll.
- Glue googly eyes above the beak and waddle on the front of the turkey.
- Glue the feathers on the back of the toilet paper roll.
- Crush-up a small portion of the brown construction paper and stuff it inside the top of the roll.
- Place the candy inside the roll.
- Crush-up a second small portion of the brown construction paper and stuff it inside the bottom of the roll.
