Tips For Making this craft
Use tissue paper instead of construction paper for stuffing. If you want to use tissue paper instead of construction paper for stuffing the candy inside the turkey pinata that will work just as good.
Use glue sticks. When I was making it I used a hot glue gun because when taking photos it would be messed with a lot, but when you are doing crafts with the kids you want to use glue sticks, glue dots, or bottle glue.
Color the template. If you do not want to use construction paper then you can have the kids color in the turkey template in the colors needed. You can have the kids use markers, crayons of colored pencils to color the different turkey parts.
Use Feathers. I have included turkey feathers on the template for you to cut out but you can change things up and use different-colored feathers instead for the turkey’s feathers.
