How Do You Make a Reindeer Out of Toilet Paper Roll?
Cut a piece of brown paper sized to fit all the way around your cardboard roll to cover the entirety of it.
Glue or tape the piece of brown paper to the outside of the cardboard roll.
Fold the brown pipe cleaner into two halves with about ¾ inches of space as a base.
Working with one side of the brown pipe cleaner, bend it in three places, twisting it on itself to form an antler with three prongs. Repeat with the other side. Make sure the antlers are both facing the same direction.
Glue or tape the bottom (flat end) of the antlers to the inside of the cardboard roll with the majority of the antlers peeking out of the cardboard roll.
With the marker, draw two sleepy eyes on the front of the roll, about 1 inch from the top of the roll, even with the two sides of the antlers.
Glue or tape the red pom pom onto the roll, about ½ inch below and between the two eyes.
String the bell onto the red pipe cleaner about ¼ of the way..

Wrap the red pipe cleaner around the bottom of the roll, positioning the bell to the center of the roll, under the nose, about 1 inch from the bottom of the roll.
Fold the loose ends of the red pipe cleaner over onto itself on one side of the roll like a scarf. Then play!
